Well, at least test different dietary items to see if they are contributing to the rough spots. This first couple of weeks I am cutting out all Soda and Sugar. I am really hoping to see a difference.<\/li>\n<li>LOVE MY FAMILY, Make sure they know how much I love them and how important they are to me.<\/li>\n<li>Be more creative with the children<\/li>\n<li>Journal more. Both online and physically<\/li>\n<li>read more books<\/li>\n<li>Spend less time on Facebook, and more time in the scriptures, or on LDS.org, watching or reading talks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not in that order exactly, and I know there are more that I&#8217;m not remembering&#8230; But at least there&#8217;s something to start with.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have so many things that I want to work on this year.
