Pizza day!

Pizza night! It was fun to have everyone get to make their own pizza and put whatever toppings on. Mike and I made a BBQ chicken with onions and peppers from a frozen stir fry package, it turned out really good!

We used the pizza stone. It worked amazing! Heat up the oven to 500 or more and let it keep heating the whole time you make the dough and make the pizzas. Then it cooks faster through the bottom of the pizza. When you put the pizzas in turn down the temp to 425-450.

I think another thing that I did that made it a success was using parchment paper and cooking it straight on the parchment. Then I didn???t need corn meal, or anything special to cook it.

I made a fathead pizza dough for me, and was able to bake it between the two parchment sheets and it worked awesome!
