So many days I get frustrated with this body if mine. But I need to tell myself that it???s ok! It???s a good body that does what I need and keeps me moving. I am able to take care of my family and keep my house in some semblance of clean… it???s the only body I???m going to get, so I better treat it right and be grateful! Ha!

Also. Don???t forget to take the meds. Life is so much easier with the help Heavenly Father has given me through the help of prescriptions. 🤣 thank heavens!
